Initial Free Consultation Call

30 minutes with Jessica to discuss your current health situation and how Alongside could partner with you.

Level 1

Personalized Alongside Care Plan

Includes the latest research on your diagnosis, questions to ask your medical provider from a fellow medical professional, follow up appointments/medications.

Level 2

Tele-Advocate

Jessica dials into your medical appointment(s) with you, listens to the discussion between you and your provider, asks questions, clarifies any concerns. Includes follow up 30 minute meeting with you to debrief and discuss next steps

Level 3

In-Person Advocate

Jessica accompanies you to your medical appointment(s) or treatment(s). A pre-appointment phone call/meeting is arranged to discuss questions, concerns, possible decisions needing to be made. Post-appointment follow up is also included. This level can be recurring for more complex medical issues, multiple involved specialists, or long courses of treatment or therapy such as cancer treatments.
